EFT is a powerful new discovery that combines two well established sciences so you can benefit from both at the same time:

1. Mind Body Medicine
2. Acupuncture (without needles)

In essence, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture wherein we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips. This addresses a new cause for emotional issues (unbalanced energy meridians). Properly done, this frequently reduces the therapeutic process from months or years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides astonishing physical relief.

There are testimonials for EFT on our website under the Testimonials page. We use EFT at our clinic to help individuals with various food cravings/addictions (almost with 100% success rate in this area), and to help them with various psycho-emotional issues and challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, fears, phobias, hate, anger, frustration, and low self-esteem. The food cravings may include coffee, chocolate, cakes, cookies, candies, soda pop, ice cream, etc.

Understandably so, most patients find it very difficult to believe that applying pressure on a few points on their skull and upper trunk can eliminate their food cravings for a number of weeks to months. I find that after 2-3 sessions (one session every few weeks), patients are almost completely free of their food cravings for a minimum of at least six months, and often up to a year if not longer. When the food cravings return after a number of months, they have a refresher EFT session to curb their food cravings for another long stretch of time.

Depending on the number and the severity of the food cravings, each session can last 5-30 minutes. The patient simply sits on the exam table in my office and talks about the various foods they crave and how they “feel” about those foods while I tap or apply gentle pressure on 7-8 different acupuncture points, mostly on their skull (including on the top of the head and various points on the face) and on the clavicles.

For the last seven years, I have been offering EFT to help my patients with their food cravings, and have seen it fail in only 2-3 cases! In all other cases, EFT has been nearly 100% successful.
