Dr. Wayne Walter Dyer (1940 – 2015), PhD, was an American self-help and spiritual author and a motivational speaker. He had a doctorate degree in counseling. His first book, Your Erroneous Zones, is one of the best-selling books of all time, with an estimated 100 million copies sold to date.
Dr. Dyer, the #1 New York Times best-selling author, over the four decades of his career, wrote more than 40 books (21 of which became New York Times bestsellers). Dr. Dyer specialized in the self-help, how-to-live genre, with titles like “10 Secrets for Success and Inner Peace,” “Manifest Your Destiny: Nine Spiritual Principles for Getting Everything You Want” and “Change Your Thoughts — Change Your Life.”
He has been called the “the Father of Motivation”.
